samsung tv web browser problem

my tv is a samsung smart tv ua55d8000 and it connects to the internet but when im on web browser it shows server not found, Im from Myanmar.

Says i have got the latest updated version under the auto update section.

Here is my diagnosis: The TV won't connect to Internet using wifi or Ethernet throught their usual provider.

There is no video any more.
