As crazy as it sounds if you get an EoN you might want to hold off getting a DD or Sterak's.Sterak's is a good one to wait on, as its gold value increases with your level, whereas DD loses effectiveness later in the game, when people are more likely to have greivous wounds.On lethality in general, Youmuus is a common snowball item as well, sometimes bought after phage when you don't want to sit on a kindlegem and have your damage stagnate, or immediately after cleaver for extra mobility.I wouldn't say that lethality items on Illaoi are troll, but I would reccommend that you don't get more than one per game. I've been trying out Shojin, and I couldn't figure out why I didn't like it.
